Theatre Studies students visited Bury St Edmunds Theatre Royal on Wednesday. We watched a superb performance of 'Top Girls' (Caryl Churchill) by the Oxford Stage Company. This was an inspiring production and well worth the late night?

ARTSMARK
CNS is to apply for an Artsmark Award. The aim of this scheme is to raise the profile of arts in schools nationally. It is supported by the DfES and the Arts Council of England. The objectives stated in the application form are "to recognise and promote good practice in arts education provision" and "extend arts education opportunities in schools". If parents have any views on the current provision of the Arts at CNS that might assist us in the submission of a successful bid later this term. We would be very grateful to receive them! Any replies to Jeremy Dickson (Curriculum Area Manager for Expressive Arts) by half term.
