YEAR 11
A meeting has been arranged for parents of Year 11 students on Thursday of next week, 11th March, at 7.30 pm. The aim of the meeting, run by Mrs Collard and Mr Roderick, is to help parents to help students to cope with the pressures of preparing for the GCSE exams. We hope that many parents will wish to attend the meeting.

CONGRATULATIONS
The school has received a letter of congratulation from Dr Bryan Slater, Director of Education for Norfolk, following the OFSTED report. Dr Slater endorses the inspectors' view that CNS is a 'good school where students make good progress and have many opportunities to thrive'. He also expresses pleasure at the improvements which were seen to have taken place since the previous inspection in 1993 and asks that his congratulations and best wishes be passed on to all 'who are working so hard at Eaton (City of Norwich) School'.

VOUCHERS
There is a collection box for Tesco computer vouchers in the Hall and Sainsbury will be re-introducing their scheme: registration forms are available from form tutors and there will be a collection box in the Hall. There will also be collecting boxes in the Barn and in the Hall for 'Books for Schools' tokens from crisp packets and newspapers.

Yesterday the total which has been banked stood at £3540.59. We're very near our target of £4,000, so please continue to collect in the sponsorship money which you are owed.
